Welcome to the European SAP User Group
We’re a unique customer-only SAP user group with a focus on fashion. Many of us started with AFS, some got FMS but most of us are now starting their S/4 fashion journey. We meet 1-2 times per year in person and have regular virtual meetings. Oh, and we have fun.

What makes our ESUG family so special, is the common understanding, that we are in this together. Even if we work in different companies, we all have similar challenges. Over the years, we learned that sharing our good and not-so-good moments help us to find practical solutions and gain wisdom very quickly.
The value of our meetings and exchange is priceless. Really.
Technology is changing faster than ever. It is very difficult to keep up with new innovations while maintaining your daily business at the same time. Luckily we have group members, who are way ahead on the SAP fashion roadmap and still are open to “give-back” what they learned on their journey.

Is this an official SAP website?
No. We are an independent user group. The website is made and owned by one of the Co-Chairmen of the ESUG.
What are the costs to join?
If you are a SAP AFS, FMS or S/4 Fashion customer, you can join for free.
We are interested in SAP Fashion solutions, can we join?
If you are a prospective customer, we can offer you to join a virtual or in person meeting of us to understand the great benefits of this lovely group.
We are a consulting company, can we join, too?
The ESUG is a customer only group. Sorry!
Is my company already a group member?
We are constantly growing. Have a look at the members on the main page.
I don’t find my company but would like to join – how?
Just contact us from your work email and we get back to you asap.
Are your meetings in German, too?
We meet in different locations in Europe. Since we are a very mixed family, our main language is English.
Where do you meet?
Pre-pandemic we met in Munich, Germany. In 2022 we had our first meeting again in Zurich, Switzerland.
Do you allow sponsors for your events?
We have very strict rules for the sponsoring of our events. One of the rules is, you can only be a sponsor if you have a keynote together with an ESUG member.
